The
Artists' Inn
and Cottage Bed & Breakfast
is easily reached from all local
airports. Trips to and from LAX
Airport will take approximately 40
minutes, and we are about 30 minutes
from Burbank Airport, depending upon
traffic. Downtown Los Angeles is
just 20 minutes by car or by train.
The Gold Line route of the
Metro Light Rail System runs from Union Station in Los Angeles to Pasadena and beyond. The Mission Street Station, at Mission and Meridian, is the nearest stop to the Inn,
about five minutes' walk from our front
porch.

after
almost two years of Gold Line operations,
most map-makers haven't yet caught up with
the change...
It's great
news for the Artists' Inn and our
guests, though. Not only does
the
new Metro line put us, in
effect, within easy walking distance
of a wide range of local
attractions...it also turns our
already terrific neighborhood into a
peaceful, stress-free haven with
almost zero traffic.
So, get ready
to explore all of the pleasures of
Old Pasadena, Paseo Colorado and
downtown L.A., knowing that you have
a convenient and comfortable home
from home to come back to when it's
time to slow down and get ready for
tomorrow!
